What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

If your debit card is lost, stolen, or you have unknown charges on your account; call us 24/7 to report the incident. Our Customer Service staff will help you during banking hours and our third-party card processor will assist in restricting your card after banking hours. Call (606) 287-8484 day or night for assistance. You may also report your card lost or stolen if you use our Digital Banking portal by clicking on Manage Cards, select the card, select Report Lost or Stolen Card, then click the green bar to submit.

Can I change my PIN number?

If you have our Digital Banking portal, click on Manage Cards, select the card, then select Change PIN.  You can then enter the new pin, confirm it, and click the green Change Pin bar to submit.  There is a $3.00 fee charged to the primary checking account linked to the card for this service.

Do I need to notify the bank if I am traveling?

Our monitoring system may deny a transaction if it thinks your card is being used in an area that is not within your normal range of travel.  Please call our Customer Service department at (606) 287-8484 and they will flag your card as traveling.  You may also use our Digital Banking portal by clicking on Manage Cards, select the card, then click Travel Notification.  Add the state or states and your travel dates, then click the green Submit Travel Notification bar.  You will need to do this for each card that will be used on your trip.

Can I raise my Debit Card spending limit?

Debit card spending limits are in place to help protect you should your debit card information be lost or stolen.  Our Customer Service staff will be glad to help you with temporary spending limit increases.  You may contact them at (606) 287-8484 during regular banking hours.

What Digital Mobile Banking apps are available?

Access to your account information has never been easier.  You may download apps for both Apple and Android devices.  We have iPhone, iPad, iWatch, Android Phones, Android tablets and Android watch apps available.

Is there a fee for Digital Banking?

No, Jackson County Bank does not charge a fee for downloading our mobile app. However, you should check with your wireless carrier, as message and data rates for your mobile device may apply from them. For mobile text/SMS, it might cost you more, as some carriers charge for text messaging depending on your plan. For web access and our mobile app, you need to have a plan that supports “data”, which could cost you more.
